dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the role of administrative leadership in containing the organizational conflict in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in Ain Temouchent, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was relied on, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, where 40 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the institution under study, we used a program SPSS V25 to analyze various data and conduct statistical tests, and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative leadership and organizational conflict in Algeria Telecom - Ain Temouchent-.en_US
