dc.description.abstractThe e-commerce sector is one of the most prominent sectors benefiting from the Corona “Covid 19” pandemic, as e-commerce platforms and their digital applications have become one of the most important outlets for buying and selling for the majority of consumers and producers in the world, which has led to the growth of e-commerce performance. Our thesis aimed to examine the impact of the covid-19 on ecommerce companies return’s, in order to achieve our empirical study, we used daily returns of the biggest e-commerce companies (Amazon, eBay, Ali Baba) covering the period of 2019 to 2022. The OLS test was carried out using Eviews10. The main findings highlighted that there is a negative relationship between returns and covid-19 variables.en_US
