dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the impact of the leadership style on job satisfaction at Ain Temouchent University through specifying the prevailing leadership style at this university, and the extent to which this style affects the job satisfaction of workers. This study resorted to the use of observations, questionnaire and personal interviews, in addition to documents and records to collect information and data , Where a survey questionnaire was conducted and corrected by specialized professors to come up with a final form for the study and distributed it to a random sample of employees in the General Directorate of the University, and the number of distributed forms reached 35 forms, and the statistical analysis form (SPSS) was used to analyze the data for the questionnaire. One of the most important findings of the study is that the dominant leadership style at the university is the democratic style, followed by the free style, then the autocratic style in a small degree, and through the results, a positive correlation was found between the leadership style and job satisfaction at the universityen_US
