Abstract: The study aimed to know The effect of stimulating human resources on improving the performance of workers in the Public Iinstution for Neighborhood Health Hammam Bou Hadjar,and it is divided into two parts(a theoretical part and an applied part).It was allocated to previous studies and the practical aspect was using a questionnaire that was analyzed , which concluded that positive effect between material incentives and the performance of employees in the institution was not significant and the positive effect between moral incentives and the performance of employees was significant.
