Abstract: | This study aims to highlight the extent of the interest of public administrations and institutions in the management of the career path of the public employee under the provisions of Order No. Training, appointment, training and promotion, and through the exceptional stages that may occur on this path and affect it, especially the special legal situations, transport movements and the disciplinary system that is applied to every employee who violates the rules of the public service, and the good functioning of the public facility, and the career path of the public employee ends with the end of the functional relationship that links him to the administration or the public institution in several ways, some of which are done by force of law, and some of them end with the will of one or both parties. As for the field study, it concluded with a set of results, including: recruitment is based on respect for the principle of equality in selecting candidates for new positions, training and promotion contribute to progress in the career path, lack of objectivity when evaluating the employee and the lack of opportunities for the latter to develop his path, as it was found To us, managing the career path of the employee does not receive the necessary attention |
