Abstract: | This study aimed to know the role of electronic administration in its three dimensions (administrative, educational, and office) in improving the performance of higher education institutions. Belhadj Bouchaib University, all of them without exception. The questionnaire was distributed to the research community in an electronic form, so that 64 questionnaires were retrieved, all of which can be analyzed without excluding any of them, because they all fit the admission requirements. To analyze the questionnaire data, the two researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS. V26). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of electronic administration application at Belhadj Bouchaib University under study is average, as for the performance level of the university under study, it was found to be a fairly good level. In addition, the results showed a statistically significant Relationship that highlights the extent of the contribution of electronic administration in its three dimensions (administrative, educational, and office) to improving the performance of Belhadj Bouchaib University, Ain Temouchent, under study |
