dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the effect of knowledge management on empowering workers in the tax center of the state of Ain Temouchent. The study population was represented by the working tires of the center, and a sample of 60 tires was selected, while only 42 accepted forms were retrieved, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire tool was used and statistical processing was carried out using the (SPSS) program. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: • The level of knowledge management application is high in the tax center of Ain Temouchent state. • that the level of employee empowerment is good in the tax center of the state of Ain Temouchent.en_US
