Abstract: This study was aimed at measuring the impact of crowding in Algeria's economy during the period of time 1994 to 2020, when countries including Algeria in modern times suffer from the phenomenon of increasing public expenditures as an inevitable result of increasing their various activities, as confirmed by the German economist (Adolf Wagner) through its law which states that "The higher a society achieves a certain rate of economic growth, the larger the State's activity increases public spending at a greater rate than per capita GDP, that is, the greater the proportion of GDP public expenditure tends to increase than GDP, and based on several variables (Infrastructure expenditure, production public expenditure) is interpreted for the variable (public expenditure) and tests have been applied including: Stabilization, joint integration, and a slowing time test for the VAR model indicated the results of a long-term integration relationship, and we finally found during the period of our study that crowding has a positive impact on the Algerian economy
