dc.description.abstractLeadership is one of the most basic and influential elements in achieving theinstitution’s goals, it relies on guidance and motivation in order to create consistency between the boss and his employees, and on the other hand, to confront and face crisis to sustain and survive. Through our study, we tried to identify the leadership process and determine its relationship in managing crises, using the descriptive analytical methodology. In the practical side, we relied on an applied study that we conducted at the Water Resources Directorate of Ain Temouchent, using a questionnaire that was directed to 35 employees at the directorate. We also used The Spss program in analyzing the data collected. At the end, we could reach the aim of our study, which emphasized on the role of the leadership in crisis management within an institution.en_US
