Abstract: This study, entitled « The Impact Of Change On The Performance Of Human Resources », aims to include two aspects: The theoretical side and The practical side. We used package software. We used social science statical package program (spss), the result concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the areas of change management and human resource performance, the study concluded based on its results in providing a number of recommendations and suggestions.
