Abstract: This project presents detailed work on « The design and study of a semi-underground circular water tank with a capacity of 2000 m3 of reinforced concrete » The structure is located in the wilaya of Ain Témouchent as an area of medium seismicity. This water tank is intended to supply the town of Terga, it consists of an important element which is the circular wall, which in turn contributes to the storage of water. The structure of the water tank was chosen on the basis of a detailed study follow-up on the dimensioning and calculation of the different elements making up the infrastructure and superstructure of this structure, according to different needs: lack of resources in water - regulation of water distribution in the Terga region. Numerical modeling and calculation processing was performed using the Robot Structural Analysis. The results thus obtained are translated by an adequate reinforcement of the various elements composing the structure
