dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this end-of-studies project is the study and sizing of a reinforced concrete building with two floor variants (hollow body floors, solid slab), composed of a basement and ground floor + 9 floors for multiple use. The dimensioning and the calculation of the reinforcement of all the resistant elements were established in accordance with the Algerian regulations in force (RPA99/version 2003) and the technical document CBA93. The seismic study was conducted using a digital software tool (SAP 2000 V14.0.0) based on the finite element method. Finally, we developed a comparative study between the two variants allowing us to draw several conclusions and recommendations and to establish an estimate of the quantity of steel and the quantity of concrete according to the type of flooren_US
