dc.description.abstractThis work deals with the design, simulation and realization of a patch antenna array for SHF RFID reader with better performance compared to a traditional patch antenna, these antennas must radiate unidirectionally with sufficient gain (3dBi<Gain<6dBi). Using FR4 type substrate "𝜀r = 4.3, thickness =1.6mm" we present in this study, the reflection coefficient, the radiation pattern, the gain and the reader distance. Tests in tag detection using this antenna array have shown a reader range of more than 2 m.en_US
