Reasoning on existing cases or reusing past experiences following the appearance new problems in order to solve them is very usual. View that almost or completely similar problems will have solutions almost or totally Similar. This current trend which is reasoning from case (PRC) which is a powerful and intelligent system design tool, has been strengthened in our project by integrating ontologies. We focus in the field industrial maintenance and more precisely the cooling systems cars. Each problem has descriptors also called symptoms and one or more solutions, and from there we create a base of knowledge called base case that has an ontological structure. Our system consists of providing help to users or decision-makers for the reso- lution of problems that have arisen based on those already stored (previous cases). The integration of ontologies to describe the vocabulary of cases and index them thus to deduce new ones and enrich the knowledge base had a remarkable and fer- tile impact. We used various tools such as the protected tool to edit ontologies, NetBeans which is a graphical editor supporting JAVA and the JENA environment which has been integrated into JAVA which allows to manipulate RDF, RDFS, OWL and provides an inference engine for ontology reasoning.en_US
