dc.description.abstractPresently, in the LTE network, the number of mobile communications increases proportionally with the number of users. Due to this fact, handover makes things easier to travel by communicating or sending a data session from one eNodeB to another without interrupting the communication. Therefore, Handover process is a very interesting point for communication which offers a communication with a high speed , however, the radio parameter could be severely affected by the handover performance. So as the number of handover points increases, more signaling traffic is cause. Hence, it is desired that handover should be done only when it is necessary. Using artificial intelligence methods is becoming one of the most common solutions for mobile networks nowadays. Some fuzzy logic based methodologies have already been proposed to provide handover decision exactly and avoid all undesired handovers. The aim of this end of study project work is to solve some of the limitations encountered at present in LTE network.en_US
