dc.description.abstractThis study aims to try to identify and explain the role of governance in enhancing the competitiveness of the Algeria Telecom Corporation _ Mobilis _ in the state of Ain Temouchent, by presenting all theoretical concepts related to governance and competitiveness, and in order to reach results and answer the problem raised and to study the validity of hypotheses, a questionnaire was relied on As a tool used to collect information distributed to administrative workers, which contains statements related to the principles of governance and competitiveness, and the retrieved data were analyzed by using the Spss V25 program. The study concluded that there is a direct relationship between the principles of governance and competitiveness and there is a statistically significant effect of the principles ensuring the existence of a basis for an effective framework for governance, the role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and the responsibility of the board of directors for competitiveness. We conclude that there is a high level of application of governance in Mobilis Corporation and this is reflected positively on its competitiveness.en_US
