dc.description.abstract | In Algeria, the nematode problem in general remains a limiting factor for the production of all crops. The Surveys were carried out in vineyard plots in the El Malah Valley, Wilaya of Ain Temouchent, in order to identify the main plant-parasitic nematodes associated with grapevines. The results showed that nematodes of the genus Meloidogyne spp "nematodes with cysts» plots were found in some of the vineyard plots surveyed. In addition, other nematodes were identified, notably Pratylenchus spp. and Tylenchus spp. Helicotylenchus spp, Rodopholud spp and many others. On the other hand, there was an absence of nematodes of the genus Xiphinema (X. pachtaichum and X. index) on the grapevine crop, which is responsible for the transmission of grape vine leaf roll virus (GFLV). To reduce or limit vine diseases, it is necessary to treat it as soon as possible or to create new varieties resistant to diseases and pests. | en_US |
