Abstract: This project is a detailed study of residential and commercial buildings including the basement, the ground floor and 10 floors more, located in AinTemouchent. This area is classified in the seismic zone "EIA" according to RPA99 version 2003. *Define the studied building by giving its geometrical characteristic and specify the elements which constitute the structure (Structural/ non structural element) * Make a suitable pre-dimensioning of the different structure’s elements (flooring, beams…) according to regulations made by state, before an evaluation of these element’s loads on the building * Analyze the seismic effect on the structure and consider a preventive solutions contributing to the stability of the building, and introducing the temperature effect on the external surfaces of the structure * Establish the stresses exercised on each type of the building’s elements, to calculate the reinforcement’s section via defined rules * Appraise the infrastructure by adopting an appropriate type of foundation at the implantation site.
