Abstract: The objective of this work is to detect cancer cells with an optical biosensor by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect. This physical phenomenon occurs when light is refracted at the interface between the metal and the insulator. Surface plasmon resonance is very sensitive to the refractive index related to metal surface. With SPR function, biosensors will be accurate and sensitive for bio-detection.
