Abstract: The objective of this project was to make an MPPT type charge controller for a lead-acid battery based on an Arduino NANO board. This charger mainly adopts DC_DC step-down converter. LCD screen to display solar panel and battery data. Three red, green and yellow LED(s) indicate the battery voltage level (Low Voltage, Normal Voltage, Battery Fully Charged). And finally a GSM module to transmit battery data by message to the user's phone.
