dc.description.abstract | The aim of our work is to implement a segmentation technique allowing the detection of brain tumors and then the implementation of this algorithm on a DSP-based card (TMS3206416DSK).The aim of this paper is to design a classification method for the segmentation of a brain image. We combined the cmeans method to segment the brain images and then the region growth method was used to detect and identify the cerebral tumor. The results are satisfactory, which allows us to say, that the use of a combined method between several segmentation algorithms allows to give better results of segmentation. | en_US |
