Abstract: | The current study aims to identify the impact of psychological flow on improving the performance level of permanent employees in the Directorate of Religious Affairs and Endowments in the Wilayat of Ain Temouchent. The current study reached the following results: 1. The level of psychological flow among the employees of the Institution of Religious Affairs and Endowments is low 2. The performance level of the employees of the Institution of Religious Affairs and Endowments is low 3. There are differences between male and female workers in the level of psychological flow 4. The performance of both worlds can be predicted from psychological flow The results obtained were interpreted based on previous studies, as well as the theoretical aspect of the subject, and the study concluded with a general conclusion. |
