Abstract

This study aimed at knowing the levels of psychosocial security and job performance as well as revealing the relationship between them, as well as determining whether there are statistically significant differences in both psychosocial security and job performance among the administrative staff of the hospital Dr. Ben Zergep, Ain temouchent State attributable to the scientific qualifying variable. (160) staff were selected in a simple random manner, using the questionnaire scale as a study tool. The study's findings were as follows : _The level of psychosocial security of the administrative staff of the "Dr. Ben Zurgab" hospital in Ain temouchent State is high. _ The level of functioning of the administrative staff of the hospital "Dr. Ben Zurgab", Ain temouchent State is high . -There is a statistically significant intermediate correlation between psychological security and job performance . -There are no statistically significant differences in psychosocial security among the administrative staff of the "Dr. Ben Zurgab" hospital in the state of Ain temouchent attributable to scientific qualification . -There are no statistically significant differences in the functioning of the administrative staff of the "Dr. Ben Zurgab" hospital in the State of Ain temouchent attributable to scientific qualification .
