Abstract: The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational justice and self-efficacy in the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in (Ain T’émouchent). This is done by identifying organizational justice in its three dimensions (dealing justice, procedural justice, and distributive justice) as an independent variable, and identifying the dependent variable represented in self-efficacy in its four dimensions (perceiving ability, exerting effort, initiative, and perseverance). The study sample numbered 90 workers from the study population consisting of 311 workers, who were chosen using the simple random sample method. To collect the study data, a questionnaire was used to measure organizational justice consisting of 20 items and a questionnaire to measure self-efficacy consisting of 35 items, and the data was analyzed Using the statistical package program (SPSS), (version 20). This study reached the following results:  There is no relationship between organizational justice and self-efficacy, and self-efficacy cannot be predicted through organizational justice.  The level of organizational justice among the workers of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management is high.  The level of self-efficacy among the workers of the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management is high.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational justice due to the variable of gender and seniority.
