dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the correlation between the leadership style adopted by the directors of the averages located at the level of the Bani Saf district and the school results by mediating job satisfaction, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of 169 professors distributed among ten averages, and to achieve the objectives of the study the students prepared A questionnaire included three axes: leadership styles, job satisfaction, and school results. The leadership style questions included 24 items, distributed on three dimensions: the autocratic style, the democratic style, and the free messenger style. As for the job satisfaction questions, they included 17 items distributed on the two dimensions of work integration and trust. In management, 2 as for the school results, we relied on a set of statistics provided by the guidance counselor in each institution, and the results showed that there was no direct correlation between the leadership style of the institution’s director and the school results. The results also showed a strong correlation between the leadership style and job satisfaction. However, this relationship was not reflected in school results, as there was no strong relationship between job satisfaction and school results. In the light of the presented results, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Paying attention to the real factors that directly and strongly contribute to school results.en_US
