Abstract: This work has for object of study by finite elements of the rotors FGM under a thermal gradient and the gradual composition of the ceramic metal mixture constituting a cylindrical bar with external ceramic protection and working under the influence of the temperature, To model this structure ,a Numerical analysis based on the finite element method version h is applied, A theoretical and kinematical study on the model is made for the establishment of the kinetic energy and the strain energy of the system necessary for the determination of the equations of motion by Lagrange's equations. An application which calls APPROTOR is elaborated for calculating the frequencies of the system according to the index representing the gradual composition metal-ceramic fraction volume for various temperatures. In this study we take two materials SUS304-Al2O3 and SUS304-Ni for the comparison between them. We interpreted the curves obtained from this application to find the difference between the two materials.
