dc.description.abstractThe right to the inviolability of private life is considered one of the highest personal rights that are closely related to the person, and the latter is generally considered the right of a person to leave his life and not interfere with it, and as a basis for protecting the dignity, and independence of the individual, and although this right has a long history, it has occupied people’s minds manu jurists define a clear and comprensive concept for it and define its characteritics, because the latter is a relatively flexible concept. With the progress of life, the right to privacy has become increasingly weak, which is why most legislation seeks to protect this right. He believe that this is a constitutional right and a duty to protect it, whether at the regional or global levelen_US
