The present project is a detailed study of a building used for residential and commercial consists of 2a basement and a ground floor plus (12) floors, located in TLEMCEN. This region is classified in seismic zones «I » according to RPA99 2003 version. This study consists of four parts: -The first part: It is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural appearance of the structural elements, then the descent loads of the structure and finally the pre-dimensioning of the elements. - - The second part: A study aims to secondary elements (beams, parapet, balcony, elevator and full slab, acroterium les stairess). - The third par t: Consists in the dynamic study of the structure, which has been made by the «ETABS 2013" software to determine the various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, exploitation and seismic load). - The last part: Aims to calculate the reinforcement of the different elements of the structure in based on the recommendations of the CBA 93 revised and Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99 2003 version . and calculates the resistant moment in order to allow the formation of plastic ball joints in the beams.en_US
