dc.description.abstractThe electronic certification service is one of the most important service in the electronic filed because it create a secure electronic environment in electronic transaction, and the person who does this service is called “the provider of the electronic certification service”, which is considered as an intermediary between contractors, which must meet many conditions in order to carry out its multiple tasks, most notably granting an electronic certification certificate. In view of the important role played by the provider of the electronic certification service, the Algerian legislator has defined its obligations and the responsibility incurred when these obligations are breached, whether this liability is based on the general rules governing liability , or according to the special rules whose provisions are regulated in accordance with law 15/04 on signature and certification electronicen_US
