dc.description.abstractHigher education is based on a very important issue of spending and financing the sector, as it constitutes a heavy burden on many countries, especially developing countries, including Algeria. Government spending lies in the state's public expenditures,including: management expenses, equipment expenses, subsidies, investment expenses, as well as interest payments on debts. In this regard, Algeria has allocated a significant budget to higher education due to its development in material and human terms on the part of pedagogical structures and the doubling of the number of students and professors, which necessitated an increase in spending on it by raising the funding levels of the university institution in general and the National Polytechnic School in Oran in particular. This is demonstrated by the budget spent annually on the education sectoren_US
