dc.description.abstract | In this modest book, we have dealt with the study of the most salient problems related to inheritance in the Algerian Family Code, considering that the latter is nothing more than a human judgment, because it contains in its texts a number of gaps, gaps, missions and contradictions, which creates many obstacles in the process of judicial work this leads to several legal problems and negative repercussions. Therefore, the Algerian legislator must be wise, perceptive and responsible in the codification of inheritance provisions, and be astute in the process of reconsidering its legal rules through annulment, enrichment or modification. Because the legalization of Shariah rules is a very precise and important issue that requires skills in the understanding and interpretation of Shariah texts and requires a great increase in knowledge and skills in the formulation of legal texts and an understanding of the content of Shariah rules and links to texts changes and new variables in the light of adherence to the principles of Islamic law as a reference and basic control for any change | en_US |
