dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to reform the international monetary system in the current Russian-Ukrainian crisis, by relying on a set of inventory flow consistency models that reached to clarify the imbalances experienced by the international monetary system in light of the dominance of the US dollar, which is considered the first and most used currency in trades and foreign exchange since the 1944 Bretton Woods Agreement. This study also dealt with the power of Russia in the global SWIFT system of international exchanges and the extent of the impact of its separation from it on the global monetary system, as it is the second country after the United States of America to use the systemen_US
