dc.description.abstractPopulation growth is caused by an increase in water needs, leading to the search for new water sources and the strengthening of drinking water supply networks. The increase in the population of the commune of CHENTOUF has meant that the quantity of water which was allocated to this area from the BENI-BAHDEL dam no longer meets its needs. To deal with this situation, the objective of this work being the reinforcement of the AEP of the commune of CHENTOUF from the reservoirs 2*10000 m3 (ITMA). A pumping station will provide the energy needed for this project and an HDPE adduction PN 16 with a diameter of 160mm in discharge over a length of 5300ml will supply the city of CHENTOUF and its surroundings with drinking water. This solution will allow the municipality of Chentouf to solve the problem of drinking water in the long term.en_US
