dc.description.abstractThe knowledge economy is considered one of the most important concepts that have received great attention from researchers, especially in recent times, as the world witnessed in the twenty-first century an unprecedented leap that led to an increase in the role of knowledge and information in the economy, allowing knowledge to be the main engine of economic production as well as information and data. One of the most important things that the focus has become in modern economies, so it is necessary to understand the elements of knowledge and its intertwined relationship with the economy. It is considered as an essential entry point for realizing what the knowledge economy is. The most important sectors that had an impact on the part of the knowledge economy, we find the banking sector, where most of its services changed from traditional to modern electronic services.
