dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the effect of using the balanced scorecard in improving the financial performance in banks, through previous studies and theoretical frameworks for this subject, and the descriptive analytical approach was used to reach the results of the research, and in order to complete this study, a questionnaire was distributed to A sample of the employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development BADR Ain Temouchent, and after the data collection process, it was analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis package for social sciences, using frequencies, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, analysis of variance, and simple and multiple regression in the statistical analysis of the data. A statistically significant effect of the balanced scorecard with its dimensions (financial dimension, customer dimension, internal operations dimension, and learning and growth dimension) on improving financial performance in the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development BADR.
