Abstract: The current study aimed to achieve knowledge of the components of human resources management as a criterion for the incentive system in insurance and to assess the level of fundamental relationship between human resources management and the incentive system in the insurance sector by dropping a practical projection on the insurance sector in Sidi Bel Abbes and determining the study sample in the National Insurance Corporation in Sidi Bel Abbes in particular and In the field of insurance in Sidi Bel Abbes and its branches, 60 questionnaire were distributed and 42 forms were received, and the researcher used the SPSS program And the use of several statistical tests: arithmetic mean, percentages and repetitions, the One sample t test, the Independent Samples- T Test, the One Way ANOVA test, regression equations and models and the alpha-Kronbach as test questionnaire validity factor , The most important results of the study were that the zero hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted, which read: There is a statistically significant impact of human resources management practices on the establishment of the incentive system. The researcher recommended that the institution must maintain the provision of salary on time and commensurate with the effort they change. As well as the institution must provide annual leave without interruption of salary, provide a return grant and incentive grants to workers in case the required goals are achieved
