dc.description.abstractThis study confirms the knowledge of the impact of information technology on the performance of human resources in the BaniSafah Cement Corporation, where a random sample of 60 employees from all levels was selected, and in the latter we relied on the questionnaire tool and the statistical program (SPSS) was used.
