dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to find out the effect of knowledge acquisition methods represented in training, guidance, teams and job rotation by knowing their role and their impact on achieving outstanding performance among the workers of the National Corporation for the Manufacturing of Agricultural Equipment. In the market . Where the theoretical general concepts of cognitive methods and outstanding performance were addressed, and to achieve the objectives of the study, direct observation was relied upon and a questionnaire designed and distributed to a random sample of workers from the National Establishment for the Industry of Agricultural Equipment in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes .The results obtained from the statistical analysis by means of the statistical program and what we noticed directly revealed the availability of all methods of knowledge acquisition in the institution and the achievement of outstanding performance at high rates | en_US |
