dc.description.abstract | This study aims to recognize the relationship between organizational conflict and job satisfaction for the employees in Mhadji Mohamed El Habib institution in Ain EL-Arbaa in Ain Témouchent and to identify the organizational conflict types. Organizational conflict is considered as one of the most important factors that leads to the failure of the institution .Job satisfaction is considered as one of the most important factors that affects greatly the human resources behavior and performance. To achieve the objectives of this survey,we designed a questionnair and distributed it for a sample of 50 employees consisting of proffesors and professional workers belonging to the institution under the study.And to analyze the obtained results ,we have used a set of tools and means such as arithmetic averages ,standard deviations and varriances and this was done through the statistical program (SPSS) to answer the questions related to the study problem and reaching the set goals | en_US |
