Abstract: The end of studies’ project is entitled: Seismic design of a slender structure in accordance with Algerian seismic rules "RPA99 Version 2003" which consist about a valuation on a tower for commercial and residential use, consisting of 3 basement, ground floor plus 22 floors with an inaccessible terrace it’s established in the province of ORAN. This study consists about: Define the studied building by giving its geometrical characteristic and specify the elements which constitute the structure (Structural/ nonstructural element) Make a suitable pre-dimensioning of the different structure’s elements (flooring, beams…) according to regulations made by state, before an evaluation of these element’s loads on the building Analyze the seismic effect on the structure and consider a preventive solutions contributing to the stability of the building. and introducing the wind effect on the external surfaces of the structure. Establish the stresses exercised on each type of the building’s elements, to calculate the reinforcement’s section via defined rules. The interaction between the ground and the structure is integrated by a main floor. The results extracted the computation software made it possible to check the stability of this building, its deformations and the reinforcement of its veils of wind bracing. The calculations were carried out according to the Algerian regulations: RPA99 version 2003,CBA 93 ,
