dc.description.abstractIn this work, we propose à solution to à real need for the start-up Digiheart which specialized in telemedicine. Digiheart measure heart rate by Holter device that is worn on the chest. The most commonly used method to generate the heartbeat is the detection of QRS complexes. Lot of work was developed to detect the QRS complexes. Most of the algorithms are very sensitive to sudden changes on the heart rythme due to body movement. In this work we have developed an algorithm that can be used in portable Holter devices for detecting QRS complexes in a very precise manner even in the most dificultes case due to sudden changes.en_US
