Our end-of-study project is based on the design and miniaturization of a pentagon- shaped patch antenna intended to be used for applications in the industrial, scientific and medical bands « ISM » [2.4-2.4835] GHz. the characteristics of the antenna, namely the reflection parameter S11, the gain, the radiation pattern, the distribution of the current in the antenna etc… were simulated and validated using the “CST” simulation tool, which is essentially based on the variation of the shape of the antenna and its conductive material, the nature and thickness of the substrate in order to have a resonant structure at the desired frequency.en_US
