Abstract: The actual research is used to analyze and examine the sociolinguistic variation of an Algerian dialect at the vocabulary level in Ain Temouchent. Which is located in the North Western Algeria. Our main research targets aim at describing and shedding light on the manifestations of language variation, mainly the phonological, the morphological and the lexical aspects. In other words, the objective of this paper is to explain the diversity that occurs in communities which differs socially and geographically. In our research work we have dealt with the morphological, the phonological and lexical variation in Ain Temouchent speech community because we are interested in analyzing and determining these linguistic features in details in order to determine the several changes of the dialect use. The collection of data in Ain Temouchent speech community is conducted by means of questionnaire and recordings. It will then be interpreted. The questionnaire is introduced for having quantitative statistics and the recordings have been used to collect some quantitative as well as some qualitative results.
