Résumé

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Islamic banking windows within conventional banks, exploring the reasons behind their establishment and the nature of their operations. The research was based on a field studyconducted at the Agency Ain Temouchentbranch of Banque d'Algerie Exterieure. The results revealed that the opening of Islamic banking service windows within conventional banks primarily sought to enhance customer satisfaction. However, the analysis indicated that customer satisfaction levels ranged from moderate to high, particularly concerning feelings of trust and reassurancein the financial transactions offered by the bank's Islamic windows. Therefore, it can be concluded that the success of these windows largely depends on the availability of a legal environment compatiblewith the nature of Islamic banking, as well as the deployment of qualified human resourcescapable of understanding the specificities of these windows"
