Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of ethical leadership practices on organisational creativity in higher education institutions, from the perspective of faculty members at University of Ain Tamouchant. To achieve this goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were adopted, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, as the size of the studied sample was 151 faculty members from different colleges and specializations. The data were analysed using the statistical software (SPSS v26), and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the existence of a high level of ethical leadership practices at University of Ain Tamouchant, in addition to the existence of a high level of organisational creativity in the institution under study, the results also proved the existence of a strong correlation between the two variables of the study, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect of ethical leadership practices with its dimensions (personal ethical practices, teamwork) on organisational creativity in the university institution, and the study recommended that attention to all dimensions of ethical leadership practices (personal, administrative, and organizational).
