Abstract

The purpose of this memorandum is to study the reality of social protection within the economic instituti on by addressing the problem of the level of protection of the worker in the Algerian economic institution. This memorandum dealt with the concepts of social protection and protection of the work element within the general economic institution. On the practical side, it has been found that the majority of the company's members are not satisfied with the wage scale and the cost benefit, and they are exposed to a number of risks, although the institution is committed to providing the conditions of social protection, depending on the nature of the tasks they perform
