Abstract
The study aimed at to identifier the role
of lean management on the creativity of
employees, weused the analytical
descriptive approach, and we applied
the study to«CERAMIG DIVINDUS»,
and the questionnaire was used as a
study tool and the statistical program
SPSS V24 to dump data and analyse
results. We distributed a questionnaire
to a sample of 140 workers and (110)
questionnairewere retrieved.
Our results show that lean management
has its various tools and has no impact
on the creativity of employees in the
company «CERAMIG DIVINDUS».
The most important recommendations
we have proposed are: give workers
knowledge in the field of six Sigma, and
Working to build strong communication
channels to transfer creative ideas from
creators to senior management.
