Abstract

The process of selling pharmaceutical materials is one of the most important actions practiced or carried out by a pharmacist, which directly affects public health, and any violation or error in this action makes the pharmacist’s civil liability remain, especially with respect to the places of circulation. Civil liability aims to restore the balance that the pharmacist violated, as it is the legal system that facilitates the injured person to obtain compensation as a result of the damage he sustained, especially since we are in the pharmaceutical field. It is very important to know the civil liability imposed on the pharmacist while selling a pharmaceutical substance, while the pharmacist respects all legal controls for practicing the pharmaceutical profession.
