Résumé

This study aimed to know the extent of the role of information technology in improving human resources management at the Electricity of Algeria in Ain Temouchent and Tarqa Unit SKE, and to answer the problem of research and testing hypotheses and then relying on the questionnaire that was distributed to 31 employees randomly, where 33 questionnaires were relied, as were Dependence in analyzing the questionnaire data on the descriptive analysis program SPSS. The study reached the following results: - There is a relationship between the use of information technology and human resource management, which confirms that the Electricity Corporation of Algeria is a unique unit that realizes this importance in order to improve and develop human resources management. - The Electricity Corporation of Algeria and the Tariqah Unit seeks to improve human resource management by using information technology in an optimal manner
